The UPPRPB conducted the written exam on 1^st November 2025 for the Computer Operator Grade-A Vacancy of Sidhi Bharati/2023. The second phase of UP Police Computer Operator Grade-A (कंप्यूटर ऑपरेटर ग्रेड-A) recruitment is Typing Test (टंकण परीक्षा).

The Typing test will be conducted for both English and Hindi Language. The Typing Test Will be of qualifying nature means you to have achieve a qualified speed in Word Per Minutes (WPM) to pass the test.

The qualifying criteria would be 30 WPM for English typing test and 25 WPM for Hindi typing test.

Typing skill test for UPPRPB Computer Operator Grade A Posts will be conducted separately for Hindi and English (15-15 Minutes for each) language. Candidate have to appear and qualify in both tests.

c. Qualifying Speed (WPM) : 30

d. Required Accuracy : 85%

UPPRPB Typing Test WPM Speed Calculation formula

For Example (English) : If in the test of 15 minutes a candidate have typed total 480 Words in which he/she made 20 full mistakes and 4 half mistakes then the calculation will be like:

Total Words in Given Passage = 500

Total Words Typed by the Candidate = 480

Full Mistakes = 20

Half Mistakes = 4

Total Errors = 20 + (4 * 0.5) = 22

Net Right words = 480 - 22 = 458

Accuracy = (458 / 500) * 100 = 91.60 %

WPM Speed = 480 / 15 = 32 WPM (Qualified)

Computer Proficiency Certification Test (CPCT)

Computer Proficiency Certification Test is a exam to get govt jobs in MP state. To get any govt job in MP that required computer skill, you have to appear and get a score card from CPCT. It's like a certification exam in which you will get a score card that will be valid for 7 years.

CPCT conduct in every alternate month in a year and It will have Objective Type Question and Typing Test (Hindi & English Both).

Who can take the CPCT?

Any Indian over 18 years of age and passed the Higher Secondary (12^th Class) exam may appear for the CPCT. Candidates who have passed Polytechnic Diploma after 10^th are also eligible to appear for CPCT.

CPCT Scorecard is valid for 07 years from the date of exam. So you must take participate in CPCT and enjoy probability of getting a job in MP state with 7 years validity of your CPCT score.

CRPF Typing Speed Test

CRPF Invites Applications from Male and Female candidates for the Head Constable (Ministerial) in Central Reserve Police Force as per tentative vacancy position given below. The posts are temporary but likely to become permanent.
